The VZ-Rock-J150, aka HZ-HM150VZR lens camera control for zoom/focus/iris control is specifically designed ONLY for the JVC GY-HM150, GY-HMQ10, and GY-HM70U cameras – this unit works only with these cameras and uses a 3.5mm connector. The zoom rocker has a greater range of motion for a fine degree of speed control.

The HZ-HM150VZR was made specifically for a few cameras that are no longer in production and it uses an obsolete interface.
For the JY-HM360e you will need a LANC type controller – https://www.varizoom.com/product-category/lens-controls/sony-canon-lanc/
